A proud of Ruskin High School, Lon's early foundations prepared him for a remarkable journey, one marked by dedications to both his work and his family. He found fulfillment in his professional life at Mondelez International, Nabisco, where his colleagues will remember him not just as a hard worker but as a beacon of fun and camaraderie. Lon’s positive outlook and unwavering dedication made him a beloved figure in the workplace.
Lon's commitment extended beyond his career; he served proudly in the United States Coast Guard, embodying a deep sense of duty and care for his country. His military service gracefully informed the way he valued honor and respect in all aspects of his life.

As a dedicated fan, KC football was life for him; Sundays were sacred as he cheered passionately for his beloved team. Even in the realm of baseball, he found delight in watching the Royals, sharing that enthusiasm with family and friends alike.
Lon shared his life with two cats and two dogs, who brought additional love and warmth to his home. He was a gentle soul with a heart large enough to accommodate all beings. His kindness was evident not only to his furry companions but also to every person fortunate enough to cross his path.
