Mary K. Stephens

Mary Katherine Stephens, 95 of Warsaw, MO passed away Thursday, August 15, 2024 at her residence. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, August 31, 2024 at the Carson-Speaks Chapel, 1501 W. Lexington Ave., Independence, MO 64052 with burial to follow in Mt. Washington Cemetery. The family will greet friends from 10:00 a.m., until service time Saturday at the chapel. Mary was born January 17, 1929 in Kansas City, MO to Joseph and Katherine (Klinchick) Spolarich. Mary was a life member of the VFW Auxiliary #3976 in Sugar Creek, MO for 57 years. 

Mary was a member of Messiah Lutheran Church. Mary is survived by; a daughter, Katherine Blankenship and husband Dennis of Union Star, MO; 2 sons, John Stephens and wife Sandy of Warsaw, MO and Jim Stephens and wife Sondra of Kingsville, MO; 10 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren and 17 great great grandchildren.
