Visitation will be 10 a.m. until time of service on Thursday, at the chapel. Burial in Oak Ridge Memory Gardens. Portia was born June 29, 2001 in Galveston, TX. She is survived by her mother Michelle, Raymore, MO; two sisters, Ashley and Kaliegh Masters, and two brothers, Michael and Donnie Masters, all of Gardner, KS; two grandmothers, Wanda Holland, Cameron, MO; and Larnell Jackson, Ft. Worth, TX; one grandfather, Charles masters, Dearborn, MO; and numerous cousins, aunts and uncle
