Richard E. Mathews, 63, of Harrisonville, MO passed away August 24, 2015. A private inurnment will be held at Leavenworth National Cemetery, KS.
Richard was born June 17, 1952 in Grandview, MO as one of three children to Richard F. and Vera P. (Ritchey) Mathews. He proudly served in the United State Air Force during the Vietnam War. He attended Penn Valley Community College, participated in the Civil Air Patrol, and served more than thirty years at the Veteran’s Administration Medical Center.
