Penny is survived by her daughter, Candice Matthews of Independence, MO; son, Adam Matthews of Virginia Beach, VA; grandson, Brandon Hay; parents, Stanley Quader of MD, and Lorraine Martin of Tempe, AZ; brothers, Glen Quader of MD, and Randy Quader of Tempe, AZ.
