Ricky Lynn McBride, 51, Warsaw, MO passed away Aug. 30, 2008. A graveside service will be held at 11 am, Friday, Sept. 5, 2008 at Oak Ridge Memory Gardens in Independence. In lieu of flowers the family requests contributions to the Humane Society of Missouri, 1201 Macklind Ave., St. Louis, MO 63110.
Rick was born Jan. 22, 1957 in Independence. He graduated from William Chrisman High School in the Class of 1976. He was an outdoorsman who enjoyed bow hunting, fishing, and loved dogs. In his younger days he played in Independence Youth Baseball Leagues.
Rick is survived by his parents Betty E. and Samuel D. McBride; sister Karen Kuhler and husband Geary, all of Independence, MO; brother Phil McBride and wife Dee, Holt MO; nieces Jennifer Polston, Angela Nicas; nephew Christopher McBride; two great-nieces and three great-nephews.
