Mac Mccartney

Mac McCartney, 89, formerly of Independence, MO passed away on December 11, 2008 at the Crown Care Center in Harrisonville, MO. A visitation will be held from 1-2:00 p.m. with a service to follow at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, December 15, at the Carson-Speaks Chapel, 1501 W. Lexington, Independence, MO. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society. Mac is survived by his loving children, Barbara Taylor and husband Chuck, Denise Laney and husband Mark, Rhonda Scott and husband Bruce, Victoria Briere and husband Ronnie; son, Mike McCartney; sixteen grandchildren, Jeremy, Jonathon, Byron, McKenzi, Ryan, Courtney, Amie, Bryce, Jessica, John, Rebecca, Cody, Bailey, Timothy, Tyler and Eric; and three great grandchildren, Chloe, Colby and Jaythan.
