John H. McGhee, 85, of Denver, CO, formerly of Independence passed away Wednesday September 7, 2005. Services will be 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, September 13, 2005 at Speaks Suburban Chapel. Visitation will be 6-8:00 p.m. Monday September 12th in the chapel. Contributions may be made to Outreach International. John was born June, 12, 1920 in Purdin, MO to Ralph and Lottie (Brantner) McGhee. He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Thelma (Betts) McGhee of the home and many special friends.
