George L. Mcginty

George L. McGinty, 89, formerly of Independence, MO passed away November 28, 2016 at the Missouri Veterans Home in Warrensburg, MO. A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 1, at Mt. Washington Cemetery, Independence, MO. George was born February 22, 1927. He was a proud veteran of the United States Army. George was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Gloria McGinty; and daughter, Gayle McGinty. He is survived by son, Mike McGinty and wife Doris; and three grandchildren, Amanda, Mike Jr. and Jessica McGinty.
