Mary Mcgrail

Mary Lee McGrail, 88, of Lee’s Summit, MO passed away Wednesday, January 6, 2010 at Lee’s Summit Medical Center. Mass of Christian Burial will be 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, January 12, 2010 at St. Mark’s Catholic Church. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service from 10-11:00 a.m. Burial in Mt. Olivet Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association. Mary was born December 9, 1921 in Chickasha, OK to August John and Irene Ann (Carney) Wilkus. She was a wonderful wife and mother. Mrs. McGrail was a devout Catholic. Mary and her husband Bernard, were avid bingo players, and loved to travel and go on cruises. She is survived by her sons Pete McGrail and wife Candace, Anthony McGrail and wife Brenda; daughter Margaret Moss and husband Barry; grandchildren Jeremy, Brad, Jennifer, Shawn, Chris, Ryan, Brandon; four great-grandchildren; brothers Bob Wilkus and wife Dottie, Jack Wilkus and wife Teresa, Jim Wilkus and wife Rita. Mary was preceded in death by her husband Bernard Peter McGrail; son Thomas Patrick McGrail; brother and sister-in-law Joe and Mary Catherine Wilkus.
