Gerald Mclean

MSGT Gerald Lloyd McLean, USAFR (1957-1987), passed away October 5, 2010 at his home in Independence, MO. He was born July 14, 1940, in St. Marie, Idaho to Clifford Thompson and Beth (Teeter) Potter. Gerald is survived by his wife, Marjorie McLean; five children, Mark McLean (Linda), Carla Banghart (Matt), Timothy McLean (Jocelyn), Laurie Clark (Gary), Tom Shue (Kelly); two brothers, Bruce Thompson (Becky) and Steven Thompson (Vicki); two sisters, Patricia Schultz (James) and Ellen Ingwerson (Charles); eleven grandchildren; and three great grandchildren. A visitation will be held from 6-8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 12, at the Speaks Suburban Chapel. The service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, at the Suburban Chapel with burial to follow at 1:00 p.m. at Missouri State Veterans Cemetery in Higginsville, MO.
