Michael Lee McQuinn, 59, Independence, MO, formerly of Sherman, TX, passed away April 4, 2012. No services are scheduled at this time; cremation. The family requests contributions to the American Cancer Society, 8900 John Carpenter Freeway, Dallas, TX 75247.
Mike was born Oct. 12, 1952 in Frankfort, IN and grew up there. He was an auto body repairman and owned Classic Auto Body Restoration in Sherman from 1995 – 1997. He was a guitar player who played the 12-string guitar. He enjoyed car racing and especially NASCAR. He was a distant relative of Rusty Wallace and was also a fan of Dale Earnhardt and Richard Petty.
Mike is survived by daughter Rachael (Schenck) Harrelson and husband Adam; grandsons Noah & Lucas Harrelson, all of Hewitt, TX; and his mother Ann Tolley, Frankfort, IN.
