Alice Meadors

Alice Louise Meadors, 69, of Lee’s Summit, MO passed away Saturday, August 6, 2011 at Kansas City Hospice House. Memorial Services will be 3:00 p.m. Wednesday, August 10, 2011 at Speaks Suburban Chapel, 18020 E. 39th St., Independence, MO 64055. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service starting at 2:00 p.m. Graveside services will be 10:00 a.m. Thursday, August 11, 2011 at Lee’s Summit Historical Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Kansas City Hospice House, 12000 Wornall Rd., Kansas City, MO 64145. Alice was born April 6, 1942 in Oakland, CA to William and Winifred (Shaw) Rezente’. Mrs. Meadors is survived by her loving husband of 32 years, Ritch Meadors; sons Jason Meadors and wife Lori, Sean Meadors; sister Jackie Rezente’; brother Bill Rezente’ and wife Debbie; mother-in-law Elizabeth Meadors; and by a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents.
