Jose Medina

Rev. José de la Luz Medina, 98, formerly of Albuquerque, New Mexico, went home to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Saturday, May 2, 2009, at the Villages of Jackson Creek. Cremation. Memorial Services to be held in Albuquerque, NM at a later date. José was born October 27, 1910, in Corumpa, NM, to Marcos and Isabel (Ruiz) Medina. Rev. Medina was an active and faithful minister in the Presbyterian Church. He is survived by his children Olivia Moore and husband Eldon, Patricia Swensen and husband Erik, Charles Medina and wife Libby, Mark Medina; nine grandchildren; four great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his loving wife, Doris (Valverde) Medina in 1990.
