Lela Meinberg

Lela F. Meinberg, 94, of Independence, MO, passed away December 3, 2010 at Rosewood Health Center. A visitation will be held from 1-3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 8, at the Speaks Suburban Chapel, 18020 E. 39th St., Independence, MO. A graveside service will take place at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, at Oakland Cemetery, Buckner, MO. Lela was born September 17, 1916 in Independence, MO to Claude and Maude (Boyle) Keck. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Paul Meinberg. Lela is survived by one son, Richard Miller; one brother, Lawrence Keck; two grandsons, Shaun and Patrick Miller; and six great grandchildren.
