Donald Lee Miller 67, Belton, MO, passed away peacefully with family by his side April 22, 2012. Services will be 10 am, Thursday, April 26 at Carson-Speaks Chapel, 1501 W. Lexington Ave., Independence, MO 64052 followed by a graveside service at 2:30 pm at Brushy Creek Cemetery near Lincoln, MO. Visitation will be 6-8 pm, Wed. at the chapel.
Don was born Feb. 12, 1945 in Gridley, KS. He worked for General Motors for thirty years. He was a member of the Fraternal Order or Eagles and the JayCees. He was preceded in death by his wife Yvonne Miller his parents, two brothers and three sisters. He is survived by daughter Yvette Cooper; sisters LaVon McCaughey and Barbara Johnson; brother Loyd Miller; five grandchildren and a great-grandson.
