Anna L. Miller-Mays

Anna L. (Miller) Mays, 96, of Independence, MO passed away Tuesday, December 23, 2003 at the Medical Center of Independence. Services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, December 29, at the Speaks Suburban Chapel with the burial at Mound Grove Cemetery. The visitation will be held on Sunday from 7 to 8:30 p.m. in the chapel. Anna was born on August 14, 1907 near Glasgow, MO to Harley and Lena Peacher. She was preceded in death by two husbands, Roy C. Miller and John Mays. Anna is survived by a son, Kenneth Dale Wood; one brother, Harold Peacher; two cousins, Margorie Roark and Hazel Wanbaugh; three neices; one nephew; and extended family member, Yolaunda Bogue and family.
