Nedra B. Miller, 91, Kansas City, MO passed away April 7, 2007. A memorial service will be held at 3 pm, Sunday, April 15, 2007 at Carson-Speaks Chapel, 1501 W. Lexington, Independence, MO 64052. Kindly omit flowers. In lieu of flowers, Nedra requested contributions to the Eastgate Christian Church, 4110 S. River, Independence, MO 64055.
Nedra was born July 2, 1915 in Camden County, MO. She was a member of Eastgate Christian Church for over 50 years and was active in the Women�s. Fellowship, Bible Study and Sunday School. She enjoyed painting, sewing and photography. Nedra was a long-time resident of Independence. She had resided with her niece Doris Egbert for the last nine years.
Nedra was preceded in death by her husband Everette Miller in 1988 and her son Clayton Miller in 1979. She is survived by brother Kenneth Meads and wife Charlene; sisters Atha Hardesty, all of Lebanon, MO; Rita Sands, Kansas City, MO; and numerous nieces and nephews.
