Pauline Mills

Pauline Mills, 84, Kansas City, MO, formerly of Tulsa, OK, passed away April 13, 2009. Graveside services will be held at 2:30 pm, Sat., April 18, 2009 at Bernie Cemetery, Bernie, MO. In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions to the Disabled American Veterans.
Pauline was born the next to the youngest of twelve children on May 30, 1924 in Manila, AR. She was a nurses’ aide for many years at St. John’s Hospital in Tulsa. She was a member of the Church of Christ of Broken Arrow and a member of the Tulsa Motorcycle Club since 1942. She enjoyed gardening flowers and canning fruits and vegetables.
Pauline was preceded in death by her husband Galen Mills in 1976, daughter Jackie Overfield and two grandchildren. She is survived by daughter Jean Green, Melbourne, FL; grandchildren George Head, Townley, AL; Pamela Campbell, Independence, MO; Sherry Gray, Kansas City, MO; Patricia Rich, Seattle Beach, FL; eight great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
