June Ann Mitchell

June Ann Mitchell, 82, of Independence, MO passed away Tuesday, March 8th at the Medical Center of Independence. Services will be 10:00 am Tuesday, March 15th at Speaks Suburban Chapel. Visitation will be 6-8:00 pm Monday at the chapel. Cremation to follow. June was born February 12, 1923 in Martinsferry, OH to John and Alberta (Givens) Hoffner. June enjoyed playing bingo in her spare time and collecting Strawberry short-cake and Micro-machine figurines. She is survived by her son David Mitchell; grandchildren Carolynn Mitchell, David Mitchell III, Paula June "PJ� Umbertone (David), and great-granddaughter McKenzie Umbertone, all of Independence, MO.
