Timothy Morgan

Timothy Michael Morgan, 41 of Independence, MO passed away, Friday, December 30, 2011 at the Kansas City Hospice House. Cremation is planned with Memorial visitation from 6 to 9:00 p.m., Wednesday evening, January 4, 2012 at the Speaks Suburban Chapel 18020 E. 39th St., Independence, MO 64055. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Sam Morgan on behalf of his education fund c/o Commerce Bank 17601 East 24 Hwy, Independence, MO 64056 or to the Kansas City Hospice House 12000 Wornall Rd. Kansas City, MO 64145. Tim was born March 29, 1970 in Richmond, MO to Michael and Paulette (Beard) Morgan. He graduated from Truman High School in 1988 and later attended CMSU in Warrensburg, MO. He had worked for UPS at their Lenexa, KS facility for over 13 years. He also worked at Stephenson’s Old Apple Farm Restaurant for over 15 years. He enjoyed golf, fantasy football and was a KC Chiefs and Royals fan. He was a member of the Teamsters Union Local #41 and the Sigma Nu fraternity at CMSU. Tim is survived by a son, Sam Morgan, his parents, Mike and Paulette Morgan, a brother, Jason Morgan and his wife Kelley all of Independence, MO and a grandmother, Goldie Lampton of Odessa, MO.
