Anna Mullendore

Anna Mullendore, 98, of Independence, MO, passed away Friday, December 28, 2007 at Carmel Hills Living Center. Services will be 10:00 a.m. Monday, December 31, 2007 at Carson-Speaks Chapel. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service from 9-10:00 a.m. Burial in Mt. Washington Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Crossroads Hospice. Anna was born May 23, 1909 in Kansas City, MO to William and Elizabeth (Schickle) McPherson. She was a long-time member of Birchwood Baptist Church. Anna was known for her positive outlook on life and her beautiful smile. She is survived by her grandson Bill Stiegemeier and his wife Christie, granddaughter Jane Fee and her husband Mike; great-grandchildren Ben and Lee Stiegemeier, Elizabeth and Rebecca Fee. Anna was preceded in death by her first husband William Phillips, second husband William Mullendore; and her daughter Joan L. Stiegemeier.
