Donald K. Myers

Donald K. Myers, 80, of Grain Valley, MO passed on April 26, 2007 at his home. A visitation will be held from 6-8:00 p.m. on Monday, April 30, at the Speaks Suburban Chapel. The service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday at the chapel. Don was born on March 30, 1927 in Bonner Springs, KS to Wilbur and Joyful Myers. He was a veteran of WWII, serving in the United States Army. He was also a proud member of the Ararat Shrine. Don was preceded in death by his wife of 49 years, Shirley Myers; and one son, Jeff Myers. He is survived by his two sons, Don Myers, Jr. and Clayton Myers; one daughter, Susie Selder; companion, Eva Cullen; one sister, Faye Wood; and 7 grandchildren. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
