Carl Wallace Neidholdt, 81 of Rich Hill, Mo, passed away, Thursday, April 22, 2010 at Nevada Regional Medical Center. Cremation is planned with a memorial service to be held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, May 1, 2010 at the New Jerusalem Restoration Church in Independence, MO. Private inurnment will be in Mound Grove Cemetery. Carl was born September 30, 1928 in Brunswick, MO to Carl William and Sally Ileene (Wallace) Neidholdt. He worked as a heavy equipment operator and general contractor for the Operating Engineers Local #101 in Kansas City for a number of years before he retired. He enjoyed gardening, hunting and country music. He was a member of the Butler Restoration Church and life member of the NRA. He was married to Pamela (Bennett) on February 22, 1986; she survives of the home. Other survivors include; 5 children, Daniel Neidholdt (Evelyn) of Independence, MO, Charles David Neidholdt (Jeannie) and Carlotta Harrison (Richard) both of Harrisonville, MO, Douglas Neidholdt (Sandra) of Grain Valley, MO and Melody Hoffman (Daniel) of Shawnee, KS; 15 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a infant son, Raymon Neidholdt.
