Billy Nichols, 32, of Independence, MO passed away Tuesday, March 1, 2011 at his home. Mass of Christian Burial will be 1:00 p.m. Friday, March 4, 2011 at Nativity of Mary Catholic Church, 10017 E. 36th Terr., Independence, MO 64052. Family and friends may call from 10:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. Thursday, March 3, 2011 at Speaks Suburban Chapel, 18020 E. 39th St., Independence, MO 64055. Memorial contributions may be made to Truman Neurological Center, 12404 E. US 40 Hiway, Independence, MO 64055. Burial in Mt. Olivet Cemetery. Billy was born October 11, 1978 in Kansas City, MO to C.H. “Nick” and Rosemary (Hedlund) Nichols. The family extends their heartfelt thanks to the staff at TNC for their care and love of Billy. He is survived by his parents, Nick and Rosemary Nichols; sister Anne Marie Anderson and husband Kris; brothers James and John Nichols; nieces Courtney and Ashley; and by a host of aunts, uncles and many cousins.
