Brenda Noland, 55, of Oak Grove, MO passed away May 7, 2009 at St. Mary’s Medical Center. A visitation will be held from 6-8:00 p.m. on Friday, May 8, at the Speaks Suburban Chapel, 18020 E. 39th St., Independence, MO. Services at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday at the chapel with burial to follow at Mt. Washington Cemetery. Brenda was born June 21, 1953 in Kansas City, MO to Stanley and Hazel (Hagood) Shea. She will always be remembered as a wonderful wife, the world’s best mother, and a woman who was so very passionate about her beautiful grandchildren. Brenda will be dearly missed. She was preceded in death by her father, Stanley Shea; and two brothers, Gene and Michael Shea. She is survived by her loving husband of 30 years, Don Noland; two daughters, Kimberly Burleson and Rhonda Damm and husband Jeff; six grandchildren, Dustin and Dylan Burleson, Ally, Emily, Ryan and Holly Damm; mother, Hazel Carter; one sister, Barbara Shea Cirillo; and one brother, Gerry Shea.
