Teresita D. Nunez was born January 17, 1920 and passed away on August 26, 2015 at the age of 95.
Family will receive friends on Monday, August 31, from 6-9pm, with the Rosary said at 7:00pm, at Speaks Suburban Chapel, 18020 E. 39th St in Independence, MO. A Mass of Christian Burial will be at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, 611 N. Liberty St., on Tuesday, September 1, 2015, at 12:00pm. She will be laid to rest in Woodlawn Cemetery.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 44 years, Sindulfo D. Nunez and parents Felipe and Victoria Duque.
She is survived by her sisters Hermogena Reyes and Pure D. Soriano. She is also survived by her children Mirla de los Santos, Reynaldo Nunez, Zennie Kuhlmann, Rebecca Pacheco, Bert Nunez, Mario Nunez, and Celso Nunez as well as her grandchildren Marites Shields, Alan de los Santos, Edwin de los Santos, Albert Nunez, Aneeliz Alamo, Raymond Nunez, Stephanie Nunez, Marc Pacheco, Daniel Pacheco, and Dean Nunez and great grandchildren Keanne Alamo; Isabella Alamo; and Rayden Nunez.
