Michael Eugene Oswald, 53, Blue Springs, MO, passed away Tuesday, June 21, 2011.
A gathering to celebrate Mike’s life will be from 12:00-5:00 PM Saturday, June 25, 2011 at Pink Hill Park, Shelter #4; 2715 NW Park Rd. Blue Springs, MO. 64014. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to the Epileptic Foundation.
Mike was born June 21, 1958 in Kansas City, MO the son of Robert Eugene and Alice Marie (Roeder) Oswald. He was a member of the Carpenters Local Union #1529. Mike enjoyed listening to classic rock, cooking, watching old western movies attending his kids sporting events when they were younger. He especially loved spending time with his children and grandchildren.
Mike was preceded in death by his parents.
Survivors include his daughter, Allison Kleoppel and her husband Gary; sons, Eric Oswald and his wife Ashley, and Robert Oswald; grandchildren, Kennedy and Carter Kleoppel and Troy Oswald; sisters, Linda Grover, and Cindy Oswald; brother, Donnie Oswald and his wife Missy; fiancé, Theresa Stangl; nieces, Afton Fendelman, Kelsie and Macy Oswald.
