Gerald A. Page, 91, of Kansas City, MO, passed away, Sunday, April 4, 2004. Mr. Page was born October 19, 1912 in Pensacola, FL to Herbert Hillary and Doris Eret (Miller) Page. The family moved from Bay Minette, AL to Independence in 1923. He graduated from William Chrisman High School in 1932. He was a veteran of WWII having served in the U.S. Navy. He was a Builder and Land Developer. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge, Ararat Shrine Temple, Ararat Cornerstone Club, Sertoma Club, a charter member and director of the Independence Home Builders and Developers Association. He is survived by his wife of 67 years, Laura, son Jerry Page and wife Debbie of Kansas City, MO; a daughter, Patrice Hurst and husband Brian of Los Altos, CA; a sister Juaree Cook of Independence, MO; grandchildren, Shellie Kemna, Jerry Page and Christopher Hurst; great grandchildren, Page Kemna and Amanda Page. In lieu of donations, Dad would say "Save your money� and recycle.�
