Margie Paris

Margie Paris, 76, of Independence, MO passed away April 24, 2008 at the Oak Grove Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. A memorial visitation will be held from 6-7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 29, at the Blue River Church of Christ, 221 NE Woods Chapel Dr., Lee’s Summit, MO 64064. The service will follow at 7:00 p.m. at the church. Margie was the proprietor of Paris Market in East Independence for twenty years. Most recently, she had worked for the Independence Regional Health Center, where she was in housekeeping for over ten years. She was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles and attended Blue River Church of Christ. Margie was preceded in death by her husband, Floyd D. Paris; and her sister, Laurette Julian. She is survived by her six children, Gary D. Paris, Janice E. McCleary, Dennis Paris, Jack Paris, Lauranna Roach and Annette Kruse; 17 grandchildren; and 8 great grandchildren.
