Gerald Allen Petersen

Gerald A. Petersen, 69, of Independence, MO, formerly of Cameron, MO, passed away December 2, 2018. Gerald was born September 19, 1949 in Cameron, MO to Lloyd and Merle M. (Bryant) Petersen. He married Audrey L. Kirby on June 5, 1993. He graduated from Truman High School. Gerald worked for a couple of fiberglass companies and the last seventeen years as a security guard. He was preceded in death by his parents; and a nephew, Michael Chaney. His survivors include his wife Audrey Petersen of the home; brother, Lloyd Petersen and Hing of Covina, CA; sister, Wanda A. (Petersen) Chaney and husband Vernon of Independence, MO; four nephews; two great nieces; and one great nephew.
