Carl Phillips

Carl Phillips, 68, of Lee’s Summit, MO passed away Saturday, January 15, 2011 at St. Luke’s Hospital surrounded by his family. Graveside services will be 11:00 a.m. Friday, January 21, 2011 in Prescott Cemetery in Prescott, Kansas. Visitation will be 6-8:00 p.m. Thursday, January 20, 2011 at Speaks Suburban Chapel. Carl was born April 11, 1942 in Prescott, KS to Ed and Anna Lee (Walrod) Phillips. Mr. Phillips retired from Western Electric in 1992 after 30 years of dedicated service. He loved his family dearly. Carl enjoyed hunting and fishing in his spare time. He is survived by his daughters Liesa Martin and husband Kent, Tammy Phillips and fiancé Jeff Jaenson; grandchildren Kory, Kate, Jordan, Jessica, Quenten, Duece; siblings Charles Phillips, Joan Foster and Sharon Urban.
