R.L. “Bob” Piper, 100, of Independence, MO passed away October 26, 2018. Visitation will be from 1-2 pm followed by funeral services to begin at 2pm Thursday, November 1, 2018 at Speaks Suburban Chapel. Burial will take place in Woodlawn Cemetery.
