JoAnn Poe, 70, of Independence, MO passed April 22, 2013. Services will be held at a later date. JoAnn was born August 16, 1942 in Kansas City, KS to George and Nita (Nichols) Dickinson. She is survived by her son, Tom Howard; daughter, Tracy Maniccia; and two grandchildren, A.J. and Ian Maniccia.
