Lizbeth Lea Pruitt

Lizbeth Pruitt, 51, of Lee�s Summit, MO passed away October 6, 2006 at Independence Regional Health Center. Services will be 10:00 am Thursday, October 12, 2006 at Speaks Suburban Chapel. Interment in Woodlawn Cemetery. The family will greet friends from 7-8:30 pm Wednesday, October 11, at the chapel. In lieu of flowers the family request donations to the Susan G. Koman Breast Cancer Foundation. Liz was born August 31, 1955 in Ironton, MO to Richard and Beverly (Morris) Pruitt. She was a graduate of Truman High School and William Jewell College. Liz worked for Jackson County for the past 25 years, most recently as Deputy County Clerk for Jackson County. She truly enjoyed her position and the wonderful people that she worked with. In her spare time she enjoyed traveling with friends and family. Liz was a very proud Aunt to 6 nieces and 5 nephews, and loved shopping for each one of them. Also left to mourn her passing is her parents, Richard and Beverly Pruitt of Independence, a brother Clifford Neil Pruitt and wife Judy, of CA. Other survivors include many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
