Arthur Raymond Puterbaugh, Jr., 84 Independence, Mo. passed away Feb. 13, 2005. A graveside service will be at 11 am, Thursday, Feb. 17, 2005 at

Cameron, Mo. Visitation will be 6:30 - 8 pm, Wed. at Carson-Speaks Chapel, Independence, Mo. Raymond was born Oct. 26, 1920. He was a U.S. Army veteran of WW II, a member of St. Paul�s United Methodist Church, and a member of American Legion Post #21. He worked with the Boy Scouts and was a Mic-O-Say Tribe member. He worked for 30 years as a heating engineer at Richards-Gebaur Air Force Base. Raymond is survived by his wife of 55 years, Mary Puterbaugh, of the home; sons Douglas Puterbaugh and Darrel Puterbaugh; daughter Sharon Sterrett and husband David; grandson James Puterbaugh, all of Independence, Mo.; brother Larry Puterbaugh; sisters Thelma McKee and Edna McQuerry, all of Cameron, Mo.; and many nieces and nephews.
