Lenoir Ragland

Lenoir June Ragland, 95, of Independence, MO passed away Friday, November 28, 2008 at Kansas City Hospice House. Services will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday, December 20, 2008 at Speaks Suburban Chapel. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service from 10-11:00 a.m. Burial in Oak Ridge Memory Gardens. June was born September 3, 1913 in Pepin, WI to Manly and Sarah (Clossen) Shedd. She was an active member of the East 39th St. Community of Christ. Mrs. Ragland is survived by her children Larry Ragland and wife Susie, Sandra White and husband Bob, Scott Ragland and wife Beverly, Mary Ragland; eight grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; sister Harriett Mair; brother Bob Shedd and wife Suzi. She was preceded in death by her husband Calvin Ragland in ’94; and by four brothers and two sisters.
