Harold Rambo

Harold W. Rambo, 87, of Independence, MO passed away August 26, 2010 at Carmel Hills Living Center. A visitation will be held from 6-8:00 p.m. on Sunday, August 29, at the Speaks Suburban Chapel, 18020 E. 39th St., Independence, MO. A graveside service will take place at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, at Mound Grove Cemetery. Harold was born July 18, 1923 in Lowry City, MO to Charles R. and Laura P. (Hinkle) Rambo. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Christina Rambo; two brothers, Melvin and Alvin Rambo; and one sister, Dorothy Gregg. He is survived by his wife, Doris E. Rambo; son, Kenneth Rambo and wife Carolyn; five stepchildren, Dale Prout, John Prout, Carolyn Ross, Julia Kunesh and Mike Prout; seven grandchildren; and four great grandchildren.
