Jeanette Gloria "Jean" Reece (Lindberg)

Jeanette G. “Jean” Reece, 86, Independence, MO passed away June 28, 2015. Memorial services will be held at 6 pm, Thursday, July 9 at Blue Ridge Baptist Church,
9320 East 35th St S, Independence, MO 64052. Visitation will be 6-8 pm, Wed. at Speaks Suburban Chapel, 18020 E. 39th St., Independence, MO 64055. In accordance with her wishes, Jean’s body was donated to science to help others with medical research. The family requests contributions to Blue Ridge Baptist Church. Jean was born July 1, 1928 in Wadena, MN and graduated from high school there. She lived in the Independence area since 1963. She enjoyed embroidering, reading, solving puzzles, sewing, crafts and crossword puzzles. Jean is survived by daughter Sharon King and fiancée J. L. West, Kansas City, MO; daughters Juanita, Anne, Shauna; sister Bernice Imsande and husband Leroy; brother Perry and wife Sue, MN; grandchildren Deserie Sanchez, Kansas City, MO; A.J. Sanchez and wife Barbara, Lee’s Summit, MO; R.J. Sanchez, Kansas City, MO.
