Cynthia A. “Cindy” Reynolds, 51 of Independence passed away, Sunday, February 17, 2008 at her residence. Services will be 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, February 20, 2008 at the Speaks Suburban Chapel. Burial will be in Mt. Washington Forever Cemetery. The family will greet friends from 6 to 8:00 p.m., Tuesday evening at the chapel. Donations may be made to the Missouri Council for the Blind. Cindy was born December 22, 1956 in Kansas City, MO to Floyd and Lucille (Allen) Holloway. She grew up in Independence and graduated from Fort Osage High School in 1974. She had worked as a shift manager for Pizza Hut for a number of years before retiring in 1995 due to health reasons. She was an avid Elvis fan and who was a volunteer in the Salvation Army and at the Salvation Army Church. She was a member of the Missouri Council for the Blind and S.A.S.H. at the Salvation Army. She was married to William Reynolds on August 16, 1985, he survives of the home. Other survivors include; a sister, Brenda Preator of Odessa, MO; 3 nieces, 4 nephews, 3 great nieces, 3 great nephews and two loving dogs, Domino and Little Bitt. She was preceded in death by; her mother, Lucille Holloway in 1994, father Floyd Holloway in 1999, 2 sisters, Linda Fessler in 2006 and Sue Holloway in 1996 and a great niece.
