Madge Riddle

Madge Riddle, 93 of Independence, MO passed away, Tuesday, May 14, 2013 at Rosewood Health Center. Graveside services will be 2:30 p.m., Saturday, May 18, 2013 at Oak Ridge Memory Gardens. The family will greet friends from 12:00 to 2:00 p.m., Saturday at the Speaks Suburban Chapel, 18020 E. 39th St., Independence, MO 64055. Madge was born April 6, 1920 in Drumwright, OK to Clarence and Mary Ann (White) Winn. She was married to Mirl Riddle in 1943; he preceded her in death in September of 1990. She was a beloved wife, mother and homemaker who enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She is survived by; a daughter, Diana Jacobs and husband, Jim of Independence, MO; a son, Arthur “Bill” Riddle of Grand Ledge, MI; 2 sisters, Colleen Ess of Dalton, MO and Zelda Stewart of Prague, OK; 2 granddaughters, Lesley Jacobs and Tracy Jacobs and 3 great grandchildren, Matthew, Dylan and Anthony.
