Neal was born April 18, 1954 in Dayton, OH. He attended college in Georgia and Wisconsin. He worked for the Xerox Company and at various times lived in Hawaii, Alaska, Virginia and California. He was a member of the Community of Christ 39th Street Congregation.
Neal is survived by his parents E.T. & Joanna Rockwell, Independence, MO; and sister Linda Lee and husband Paul David Norris, Portsmouth, VA.
