John Phillip Rowe, 73, of Independence, MO passed on to be with the Lord on Saturday, May 24, 2008 at Centerpoint Medical Center. A visitation will be held from 6-8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 27, at the Speaks Suburban Chapel. The service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday at the chapel. Burial will follow at Blue Springs Cemetery. John was born on November 6, 1934 in Genoa City, WI to Arthur and Ina (Follet) Rowe. He is survived by his loving wife, Sonna Rowe; seven children, Trisha Barker, Jon Rowe, Stephen Rowe, Christopher LeGrand, Karen Blair, Ben Nigro and John Nigro; as well as 15 grandchildren.
