Lane Russell, 60, of Independence/Blue Springs, MO passed away January 29, 2018. A memorial visitation will be held from 2-4:00 p.m. Sunday, February 4, at the Speaks Suburban Chapel, 18020 E. 39th St., Independence, MO. Lane was born September 15, 1957. He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy. Lane is survived by his wife of 15 years, Carrie (Burns) Russell; daughter, Kelsey Russell; stepson, Charles Owen; mother, Gloria “Jane” Kenney; and three brothers, Jeff, Mark and Kevin Clemmons.
