He was born on October 13, 1953, to Robert and Marjorie (Gulledge) Sandford in Independence, MO. He graduated from MSU with a Bachelor’s degree in psychology, and was a quality inspector for Kraft Tools for many years. He enjoyed gardening and cooking for his family in his free time.
He is survived by his son, Joseph Paul Sandford; daughter, Keri Ann Sandford; and his two dogs, Max and Flip. He was preceded in death by his parents.
