Annamae Sartain

Annamae Sartain, 83, of Independence, MO, passed away Thursday, May 3, 2007 at Monterey Park Care Center. Memorial services will be 4:00 p.m. Sunday, May 6, 2007 at Speaks Suburban Chapel. Visitation will be prior to the service from 2-4:00 p.m. Cremation. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association or Monterey Park Care Center. Annamae was born January 16, 1924 in Waukegan, IL to Samuel and Agnes (Grobelch) Kedekein. She loved her family dearly, especially her grandchildren. Ms. Sartain was known for her contagious laugh and the ability to make friends with anyone. Annamae is survived by her three daughters Marti Courtney and husband Gary, Robbi Wait and husband Jeff, Crystal Kratzer and husband Brett; grandchildren Rodney Jones and wife Michelle, Shanna Jones, Lauren and Chloe Wait, BreAnna, Cade and Cory Kratzer; great-grandchildren Stormy Jones, Blaine Sterne, Hunter and Taylor Jones; sisters Stephanie Renslear, Agnes Comer; many beloved family members; dear friends Sandy Gentry and Viola Carpenter.
