Eric Schmidt

Eric Schmidt, 45, of Overland Park, KS passed away Wednesday, July 13, 2011. Visitation will be 6-8:00 p.m. Monday, July 18, 2011 at Speaks Suburban Chapel, 18020 E. 39th St., Independence, MO 64055. Private family burial in Maple Grove Cemetery in New Haven, OH. Eric was born September 1, 1965 in Kansas City, MO to Albert and Jane (Miller) Schmidt. He was richly blessed with the talent of playing the piano. Eric enjoyed good food and wine! Mr. Schmidt was a graduate of Avila College and Webster University with Masters degrees in both Business Administration and Psychology. Eric is survived by his mother Jane Schmidt; sister Tammy Schmidt; by a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends; by his four legged friend, Berlin. He was preceded in death by his father Albert Schmidt.
