Bernie Schoenemann

Bernie D. Schoenemann, 87 of Buckner, MO passed away, Thursday, September 1, 2011 at Centerpoint Medical Center. Services will be 4:00 p.m., Saturday, Sept. 3, 2011 at the Buckner Restoration Branch. Burial will follow in Buckner Hill Cemetery. The family will greet friends from 3:00 p.m., until service time Saturday at the church. Bernie was born July 8, 1924 in Mishawaka, IN to George and Clovia (Kipp) Seymour. She was a devoted wife mother and homemaker who enjoyed crocheting and camping. She was a member of the Buckner Restoration Branch. She was married to Daniel P. Schoenemann in 1946; he preceded her in death in 2007. Survivors include; a daughter, Denise Barker and husband Carl of Odessa, MO; a son, Dan Schoenemann and wife Sandy of Independence, MO; 2 brothers, Leo McCarty of Independence, MO and Dennis Seymour of Sibley, MO; a sister, Wilma June Canfield of Independence, MO; 7 grandchildren, Todd Schoenemann, Tara Hart, Ryan Schoenemann, Tina Duncan, Tracey Craig, Michael Barker and Nathan Barker and 15 great grandchildren.
