Elizabeth Carol "Libby� Sheaffer, infant daughter of Nathan and Andrea (Peterson) Sheaffer, passed away on Tuesday, February 10, 2004 at Children�s Mercy Hospital. Services will be 10:00 a.m. on Friday, February 13, at the Living Waters Ministry Center, 18400 E. Salisbury Rd., Independence, MO, with burial at Mound Grove Cemetery. She is survived by her parents; and grandparents, William and Judy Amsbaugh and Doug and Brenda Yancey.
