James "Bob" Shine

James Robert "Bob� Shine, 77, Kansas City North, MO formerly of Raytown, passed away Aug. 7, 2006. The family suggests contributions to Cancer Action. Bob was born Oct. 11, 1928 in Kansas City, MO. He was a U.S. Army veteran and had been a bookkeeper for various car dealerships for many years. He also was a dept. supervisor at McPike Drug Co. for 10 years. Bob was preceded in death by a brother Jack Shine and sister Pat Dellva. He is survived by his wife of 56 years Anne Shine, of the home; daughter Val Andrade and husband John, Olathe, KS; son Dan Shine, Mission, KS; daughter Theresa Langlands and husband Bob, Platte City, MO; daughter Barbara Nyberg and husband Charlie, Independence, MO; son Tom Shine and wife Tanya, Seattle, WA; daughter Connie Preston, Lee�s Summit, MO; son Chuck Shine and wife Kirsten, San Antonio, TX; daughter Ginny Barber and husband Bill, K.C., MO; brother Ed Shine and wife Mary Lou, New Smyrna Beach, FL; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
